[Ssc-dev] Next batch of equipment purchases

Hi all,

I'm about to make another round of device purchases for testing and
distribution to activists.  I was planning to getting a bunch of Galaxy
Cameras but wanted to see if anyone had any strong arguments against this
device in favor of others that are cheaper.  The GC-100 is about $450 - 500.

The main reasons I'm looking at this particular device is:


   - Android 4.1. So built-in encryption.
   - Quad Core
   - 21x Optical Zoom
   - OIS
