Ah, ok--

yes, please do point to the rc2 strings (we already have those for rc1, but
the majority of them go into eyeWitness because we have since separating
the IC framework from the client app.)  the new path to the rc2 strings is:
https://github.com/guardianproject/InformaCam/blob/rc2/res/values/strings.xml
