definitely both.

I *just* got off the phone with Rebecca from GLSP about this.  We're going
to have a sit-down very soon to discuss what questions we want to answer
specifically with the accumulated data, and then plot out how we might
massage our data to answer these questions.  As of yet, GLSP hasn't pinned
down the questions.  But you can imagine that in addition to using the data
to support any claim a worker might make, they would be used to infer
relations between workers or groups of workers, and the people who employ
them.
