[Ssc-dev] App and Dashboard Update

I gave https://j3m.info a facelift and it's now running off of the box in
my house. What you see at https://j3m.info is the public-facing version of
the site: its offerings are limited compared to what you would see on the
internal-facing side (which you could only do if you had access to my
computer.) If you were in my house, though, you'd have access to more
options (like logging in, searching, and other things.)

There are a some bugs that remain (mostly having to do with images) but
I'll continue to work on them tonight and tomorrow. Also, going to prune
some of the tickets attached to this part of the project once I catch my
breath, and address any outstanding ones.

Since it's now running entirely off of my machine at home, please be
prepared for intermittent outages and throttling (which would occur if my
ISP, time warner cable, interrupts or slows my connection, as they are wont
to do.)

Thanks,
Harlo
