[Ssc-dev] Missing today's scrum

OK, here are my updates:

- Applied fixes to grabbing locations at the precise time, rather than
relying on information captured further in the j3m

- Have been doing a bit of support for video annotation, but I won't go
much further than what I'm finishing up on now before the demo.

- Going over the logs for our intake system: I did a brief count, and
received 11 submissions from globaleaks since the last release.  All of
which appeared on the dashboard (8 media, 3 public information packages).
 Which leads me to believe that anyone's dropped submissions are due to not
being able to connect to GL from our client at the moment.  I'll go over
the notifications to see if these are sufficiently transparent to the user
and is less confusing.

- Working on a new iteration of the dashboard that includes a map so that
looks better onscreen for our presentation.  It won't match Carrie's UI
spec 100% due to 1) time constraints, 2) the fact that we have that work
slated for other developers later on, and 3) my absolutely despising web
work, but I'll try to get us to a better place than where we are now.
