[Ssc-dev] video tag sample

I shot a video (early) this morning, evidence of neglecting my child
pleading with me to put down my phone and start playing with her :)

Anyhow, here is the sample video tag output.. notice the regionBounds
and the timestamp information.

For the Rashoman folks, this could be a great enhancement to your
visualizer, allowing for popup/annotation boxes or flags as a video is
playing on the timeline.

Anyhow... neat stuff! Will keep testing this, trying multiple regions, etc.
