[Ssc-dev] Fwd: New Version of InformaCam Available

Here's the first build of the InformaCam app with the new user
interface. The app is branded using the default "InformaCam" branding
for now. We can easily produce an "eyeWitness" branded version tomorrow,
and easily keep that branded version up to date with the core app.
