[Ssc-dev] App New Release Issues

Hi Nathan, Bryan, and Harlo,

I appreciate you sending the new version.  However, we are encountering quite a few serious problems with the app.

First, I haven't been able to successfully initialize it on my device.  I've tried uninstalling the previous version, downloading, and installing the new version five times.  Each time I get as far as taking the six photos and the app crashes after the sixth photo is taken.  It then crashes whenever I try to log back in.  I get as far as typing in the password and it crashes.

For some reason, Tim has been able to download and install the app, despite the fact that we have the same model device.  He has been able to record and send video/photos and to add free text annotation.  However, we are encountering problems with the app on his device as well.  In particular, the following features do not appear to be working:


1.       No progress/history notification screen on swipe

2.       Panic button function doesn’t work

3.       Able to add a tag to a photo but not able to add text to the tag

4.       Annotation fields replaced with free text area

5.       Still need to add text and user instructions

6.       After restart of app, video file doesn’t load for playback

7.       Share contains full list of share options (including IBA) need to remove other options


We are finalizing the presentation and flying out tomorrow morning (London time).  Is there any way that any of these items can be addressed today?  If you have any questions, let me know.
