In order for InformaCam to submit photo or video directly via the app,
an InformaCam Trusted Destination (ICTD!) file must be created and
loaded into the app.

This is a simple json format file. You can see the IBA's (our dev
testcase) here:

When we build the IBA's branded version of InformaCam, it includes their
ICTD file in the APK itself, and the app uses it as the default.

With the generic InformaCam app, you can load the ICTD via browser, QR
code, bluetooth, etc.
