[Ssc-dev] Fwd: [liberationtech] Dutch leaking platform Publeaks launched

It's essentially a "parameterized interface" to a backend server we support
in InformaCam.

ICTD = InformaCam Trusted Destination

a JSON file acquired or built-into InformaCam.

I see FPU is using GlobalLeaks, so we have that supported in addition to
Google Drive. With the work with Benetech, we may have to (in the future)
consider a ICTD-type interface with their server, too. However, in the
near-term, we will let Benetech's mobile software "own" the interface to
their server (and not use our ICTD).
