[Ssc-dev] Server update

I have upgraded our InformaCam repository (powered by Globaleaks) to use
their latest release code and the latest version of Tor.

The server can now be found at http://jmsoty67uqopt3at.onion
if you want to browse it directly with a browser.

You must use Tor Browser Bundle in order to access it. You can download
that here: https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser.html.en

@John, Wendy and Tim: I have setup accounts for you to receive
notification from the "IBA eyeWitness" context. You should have received
a test one this morning.

We are doing our final testing of the latest code to ensure that:

1) We can post successfully to the new server release

2) The server will send the appropriate notifications

3) The InformaCam Dashboard will pull the submissions automatically and
in a timely manner from the Repository.

We will have a new build up shortly, once we can at least confirm #1 and
#2 above.
