[Ssc-dev] InformaCam 0.1.40 release

[Nathan of Guardian]

Many stability fixes for the core app, removal of "white list" for
specific camera apps (camera app id is now logged in metadata), and
media encryption off by default, are all part of this new build.

You may need to do a clean install (remove the old version), but not
sure yet, so first try upgrading over what you have.
