[Ssc-dev] InformaCam 0.1.42: more video fixes!

Unfortunately no... Well, it is possible to import and export large files into IOCipher but the time that takes has proven frustrating  to most users. 

We have disabled media encryption by default in InformaCam, and are only encrypting the metadata for now.

This fix is only related to uploading very large files over Tor.
