[Ssc-dev] today's scrum

I know the scrum is going to be a bit late this morning.  Unfortunately, I need to go take care of some things.  I was just going to give a quick update that I am looking into the chain of custody implications for the different transmission and storage options, for example the option to transmit the data unencrypted or transmitting via standard web rather than TOR.  I will let you know what we hear back.
