[Ssc-dev] Moved scrum to 2pm

I changed today's scrum to 2pm, because I now have a conflict on Tuesday
mornings. I also want to have a later time for our west coast colleagues
and collaborators.

Hope this works for everyone, and if not, please let me know other early
afternoon day/times that would be better.
