Orbot v14.0.7.2 is out... soon on Play, FDroid, etc, as well. This is
meant to be a minor update, but there are some subtle changes, so if
you have a moment, please run it through its paces.

- more tweaking to Samsung start/port conflict issue (if you are
having that problem)
- improved handling of transparent proxying rules to only delete the
specific rules we create (instead of flushing all nat and filter chain
rules)
- fixes for background service reconnect/restart/disconnect issues
that highly annoy many users
