[Ssc-dev] CameraV 0.1.54 released

[Nathan of Guardian]

- improved built-in camera: now supports multiple photos, videos, etc
(WARNING: video support still spotty on built-in camera)
- add new menu “Toggle Always-On” as the way to enable use of external
camera apps
- removed “use external camera” preference, as it doesn’t really mean
anything now
