[Ssc-dev] Orbot + CameraV tests

Hi Nathan,
You were right, when I disabled auto start orbot on boot and tried
uploading to testbed, nothing happened (which is kinda good news cuz app
didn't crash)
But when I force-quit orbot and tried uploading, the upload went through.
so tor process persists after quitting orbot?
m.
