CameraV 0.1.52

- adds support for built-in encrypted camera (IOCipherCamera)
- fixes issue with exporting from encrypted storage
- restores media processing / in progress icons

Usage Notes:

1) Use the setting "Use External Camera Apps" to enable or disable the
built-in camera. Unchecked means you will use the internal encrypted
camera.

2) Video isn't quite working yet with the encrypted camera.

3) Photos can only be taken one at a time with the encrypted camera.

4) I've removed the pixel hash computation from the client for now,
since we aren't really using it anymore, and we have a hash of the full
file. The pixel hash computation is quite time/memory intensive, so we
can compute it on the server, if/when we need it, but it doesn't add any
extra verification realy.
