[Ssc-dev] JustPay API down for and upgrade

The API is back up, and search is functioning on the front-end side.  Will
give the team a rundown of the changes to how search works in scrum.  I
rolled back the UI because that's now in Jonny & Svetlana's hands, so now
my make-shift UI decisions have been removed from their way!
