[Ssc-dev] Informacam Guide update

We've been working on a new InformaCam "CameraV App" guide, and have
made some nice progress in the last two weeks. A big thanks to Carrie
for her excellent design work, as always.

If you want to take a quick peek, you can see some of the product of the

The final output will be availablle in HTML and PDF, in both the longer
"guide" and shorter "presentation" format. We may also produce a video
version of the presentation.
