[Ssc-dev] InformaCam Guide: HTML from Markdown

I've greatly improved the automatically generated HTML guide formatting
built from our Github markdown content and Carrie's illustrations.

Here is the original concatenated markdown:

@Carrie at some point, we'll need to update the illustrations with new
screenshots, and Spanish-language ones, as well.
