[Ssc-dev] InformaCam is dead; long live InformaCam

[Harlo Holmes]

It's comprised of the Java/C stuff we use.  The logic is in python; I'm the
most nimble at that.  But it could be anything; I will rewrite it entirely
in Java, sometime this weekend.
