[Ssc-dev] Delaying scrum, Encrypted Video and Mock Trial results!

A java j3m parser, that replicates the mini API from the j3m site is here:

Constructed from a j3m as File, String, or JsonObject,
Has methods to extract various sensor values, header fields, user form data
as per Interface here:
