[Ssc-dev] CameraV v171

2 new preferences in this release... 

1) you can set whether you want to have the persistent CameraV
notification or not (good for low RAM devices where app may not stay
open in background)

2) you can choose whether to export encrypted media on share (the old
way), so that there is an exported media file in /sdcard/InformaCam, and
apps that need that file can access it.
