I've put it in a branch called "press-team" in docs/press-team.rst -- so
it can be visible from the website, though nothing links to it.

feel free to propose PRs against that branch if you want to wrangle
changes pre-adoption.  or, if you think it's ok for adoption (and
wrangle changes afterward), feel free to "approve" PR #309 to merge it
into master.

approving merging it into master doesn't mean it's perfect, it means
it's good enough to work with for now :)
