Patch and I ran thru a master offline key setup on the current cobbled
together TAILS-based LiveCD.  Here are a couple of things that we should
change:

- include GnuPG 2 (allows more key types and better exporting)

- add 'amnesia' user to the 'pcscd' group so that it can access the
GnuPG card without needing root

- make sure that pcscd is started before starting the whole process.
This will happen automatically once the pcscd package is part of the
base install, but now, since we're installing it from a package after
TAILS has booted, pcscd might not be running.

- make sure seahorse is installed, some of us like GUIs ;)
