No. At the moment stegdetect is completely separate from PixelKnot.
There was some internal discussion about embedding it in PK, and that
required a stegdetect that worked on Android. Hence this project I
pushed to github which is vanilla stegdetect with patches to work on
Android.

At the moment stegdetect is purely of interest for the PK developers (of
which I'm not one fyi).

Absolutely not, they're separate programs with different purposes.

An APK for stegdetect doesn't exist. I merely got the native C code
compiling on Android.
