I believe recent versions of the fdroid tool should handle this. In a local
copy of the repo, run:
fdroid update
fdroid server update
The config.py needs to be fully setup for that to work (serverwebroot= I think
it is). If that's not working, there is a bug somewhere that we can fix and
push upstream.
