If you want the short lived broadcasts solution the best way is using i2p streamer tunnel.
Initially this type of tunnel was created for the broadcast media. One-way tunnel allows you to send UDP-packets to multiple recipients. Many clients can connect to the tunnel knowing i2p-sender address. The user interface is very simple: your application sends a UDP-packets to the specified port. On the clients sides these packets will be delivered to the specified listening port of client's software. I tested this tunnel and it works great.
