[guardian-dev] gpgcli test builds, almost ready for next release!

We've made some big strides in the GnuPG for Android project, so we'd love to
have some testing before we make the release.  Its still a bit raw, but many
core features are working well.  This version adds integration into the
Contacts/Address Book/People app, so people in your public keyring are visible
via the Contacts/People UI.  You can also select a person, then "Encrypt File
To" to pick a file to encrypt, then send it to someone.

The key generation doesn't work yet, so skip that.  Import might not work on
the initial screen, but it does from the Debug view.  Check the menu in the
Debug view for more standard GPG features, like import, export, decrypt,
receive from keyserver, etc.
