We already have the XEP-136 extension on archiving, and it includes
this section on "Off the Record":

This is a bit different than a burn notice, but you can effectively
achieve the same thing by renegotiation of logging policy for a subset
of any chat session.

I definitely see how we could achieve this in Gibberbot.
