[guardian-dev] letting users choose their language per-app

Hey Dominik,

So we have code to do this in a few apps now, but no library yet.  It is in
Orbot, Courier/SecureReader, ChatSecure, and perhaps others.  I just committed
work to ChatSecure to make the language list be based on the languages that
are actually included in the APK.
