Hey,

I would also be interested in something reusable to let the user
select the app language.
I once collected some links here:
https://github.com/open-keychain/open-keychain/issues/215
But if you have some reusable code, maybe we can put it in a library
providing a LanguagePreferenceSpinner or something like that.
