We have just lost connection with our XO colocation facility. We
strongly suspect this his hurricane related. We are investigating the
cause with our upstream vendor and will report results when we get them.
At the moment, given the weather, it is too dangerous to send a
technician to the colocation facility.

It is likely that we will not be able to resume services until early
tomorrow morning (Tuesday, October 30) pending the opening of the
bridges between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
