Hello,

There has been some flooding at the 111 8th Ave location in NY.  The
facility has been running on generator power, but due to the flooding
some of the power infrastructure has been damaged.  This has taken the
network device you connect with us through, off line. Crews on site are
still assessing the extent of the damages. There is no ETR at this time.
