With regards to the Exif and Jpeg code, that's fantastic!  I'll send you a recap of what happens tomorrow so you stay in the loop.

Among some of the highlights this week are rough wireframes for the project.  Harlo and I are now working on the implementation of them.  You'll probably see some updates to the git repo tonight.
