[Ssc-dev] ObscuraCam v1: Plan of Action

Here's a quick summary of where we are at, and where we are going:

1) The "Obscura Cam v1" app is getting more stable and debugged by the
day. I think we are feature complete for this release, and are just
tuning things at this point.

2) Need to finalize the "Terms of Use" document and also update any web
page content on our site, the about page, etc to accurately reflect the
current state of functionality.

3) I've created the Facebook page/group, which I plan to promote as a
place for privacy concerned FB users to post photos to with from
ObscuraCam. Can also be a good way for FB-oriented activists to find out
about the app itself. We can decide how far we want to push the
"anti-Face Recognition" angle.

4) My plan is to start letting more people know about the app tomorrow,
mostly through our Guardian alpha and dev user lists. Might also send it
out to some Android-user activists to get their thoughts, and all in all
just verify the thing works on most of the devices that people have.

5) My hope is that we can do a broader announcement via blog, twitter,
video, etc by Wednesday, or Thursday at the latest. I don't want to do a
formal press release or a media event, but I think a cool demo video,
and a write-up discussing what we've done in this first sprint could get
a lot of traction.

Thoughts on this plan?
