[Ssc-dev] In jury duty

Dear All,
I've been working on the JPEG redaction and have cleaned up what I had, got
it working for writing EXIF (but not with proprietary Makernotes). As I
suggested before I made a separate github component for it:

It's got the beginnings of an API- the Jpeg class:

loads a file into memory,
applies redaction in a set of rectangular regions;
and writes to disk.

There are some unit tests/example code in the test directory.

It currently  depends on STL which I think might be a problem for Android?
Things it still needs to do:

return the redacted information,
Restore an image when provided with the redacted information
Delete all EXIF data
Delete (Modify) Individual EXIF data.


It would be good to get a status update from the rest of the group or be
able to dial into tomorrow's meeting.
