After the last ARSE ended with such great acclaim, I thought it might be best to have a quick go around in lieu of an in person meeting.

What i have done
- Met with Harlo to put her in the drivers seat on shipping InformaCam v1 and generally talk about project coordination needs
- built and test SSCVideoProto on Galaxy/ICS and Samsung Player - big ui weirdness and crashes on both so will stick with nexus one for now
- upgrading NoteCipher to new sqlcipher release to support ICS and larger files
- emailed with new dev volunteers and told them how to bootstrap into the project
- began investigating ICS VideoEditor app for plugin possibility
- met with Yvette, Bryan and possible new entrepreneurial nyc.tech funder

- creating new plan/schedule with Harlo for finishing this phase in next two weeks
- plan to pare down Video app to core working features, perhaps only one region redaction for alpha 1; 
- need to release ObscuraCam v1 bug fix update 
- working on Xfer video uploader

Blockers / Needs
- need realistic time estimate from Shawn on availability in next few weeks
- update on IBA funding and what we need to do to get it
- schedule update to Witness org
