[Ssc-dev] ARSE today!

I've done some work in JpegRedactionLibrary on serializing the data needed
to reverse redaction. The goal of this is really to write a unit test for
Harlo to build off for storing encrypted redaction-reversing data: The
library can then pass a blob of data up to the app instead of a complex
structure of strips. The app will encrypt it and pass it back to the
library for insertion as metadata. Later the reverse process can be
followed to reverse the redaction.
I also need to extend the metadata storage to be able to store arbitrarily
large metadata blocks (there's a limit of 64KB, my current code only allows
one, but I can extend this to split a large blob into  multiple APPn
blocks.)

There has been some further discussion at Google about YouTube redaction
tools - it looks like an intern will work on this.
