[Ssc-dev] Scrum today: justpay update!

Didn't someone have a Bitcoin idea once? By submitting a small (1
Satoshi?) transaction (with memo equal to the hash) into the block chain,
it's pretty much undeniable (at least until BitCoin is proven to be hacked
and broken).
