Yes, that, too. Again, I think we have the simple solution "I am the 
labor representative and I can testify that I received an SMS with a 
matching unique code to this log entry on the night of July 10th from 
that phone number", and the full monty "I am an expert in cryptography 
and the matching unique code also appears in the bitcoin blockchain on 
July 10th"
